You will not be able to use the Shopping Cart, if

1. you have an older version of Internet browser which does not support SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) or secure transactions. SSL is a sophisticated technology that encrypts your information, so that it cannot be read by outside parties. SSL is supported by most Internet browsers, including Microsoft Explorer version 2.1 & above, Netscape Navigator Version 2.0 & above, Netscape Commicator and AOL version 3.0 and above.
2. your computer is located on a local area network which uses a firewall which prohibits secure transactions
3. you have not implemented SSL in your Internet Browser.

Java, JavaScript & Style Sheets have not been implemeted in your Browser. For Netscape, go to "Edit" on the Menu Bar, go to "Preferences", go to "Advanced" and click on "Enable Java", "Enable JavaScript" & "Enable style sheets". For Explorer, go to "View" on the Menu Bar, go to "Internet Options", go to "Advanced" and ensure the "Java" options are checked.
