You may return a purchase for a full refund within 30 days, if the merchandise in its original, unopened package and for selected merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Occasionally, pet supply manufacturers make changes to the color or minor changes to their product design. You may return a purchase for a full refund within 30 days, if the merchandise in its original, unopened package and for selected merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories. We will not refund shipping costs in these circumstances.

We can not give refunds or credits on toys (particularly plush toys) destroyed or chewed up by your dog, except when guaranteed by Manufacturer.

Some manufacturers require that they handle any replacements or refunds. In these cases, we will provide you their email or phone number, so you may contact them.

• Name
• Email
• Product to be returned
• Date Purchased or Order Number
• Reason for Return

We will provide you an address for shipment. We will notify you via email of your refund, once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Please enclose the Original Packing Slip in the carton. Seal the package securely and send it to the address provided. If you do not have the Packing List, enclose a copy of the email authorizing the Return.
