We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail.
Very large and very heavy products, such as cages may ship UPS Ground. These products generally indicate UPS Ground in the Product Description,
If you are unsure of how your order will be shipped, please contact us or provide both a USPS and UPS address.

Remember, these Shipment Times do not include Product availability. We ship every Business day and we carry a large inventory, so most Orders ship within 48 hours. Sometimes this is not possible due to high demand for a particular product.
If your purchase is not in inventory, we will email the estimated date of shipment. You will not be charged until your purchase ships.

Canada & International Shipment Terms & Conditions - We try to accommodate shipments to International locations due to the high demand for such services. Please read the Terms & Conditions below and use Shipping Option, International for International Shipments.

You will be charged for all actual shipping costs above the initial calculated charge.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS - ADDRESS VERIFICATION
We require an Address Check on all Credit Card Purchases. Many Banks outside the USA do not verify Addresses. We will not accept an Order, without verifing your Billing Address. International Orders are shipped only to the verified Billing Address. To speed your International Order, we recommend an American Express Card.

It is very expensive to ship Air Mail internationally and we do NOT insure these shipments to keep the cost as low as possible. Our average shipping cost are over $25.00 per Order. Due to Customs Restrictions & Shipping Conditions in your Country, we do NOT guarantee arrival and we can NOT refund your money. So far all shipments have arrived in good condition. Our shipping costs do NOT include Customs Import Fees and local Country Taxes. We will email you if we have reason to believe that your Order will not be delivered in a timely fashion.

We ship International Orders via the United States Post Office - Parcel Post Air Mail which estimates the shipment time of  7 to 10 days, but due to Customs Restrictions & Shipping conditions in your Country this time be longer. You will be charged for all actual shipping costs above the initial calculated charge.

Post Office Box - If you have delivery to a Post Office Box and not your street address, please use your PO Box address. The Post Office will not look up your PO Box number and they will return your purchase to us as "undeliverable". Please check your address. We are not responsible for shipments to an incorrect address. You will be recharged actual postage to reship your order, if you provide an incorrect address.
