Find A Product

• Choose a Pet Category, such as Dogs or Cats.
• Choose a Product Type, such as Toys, Treats or Collars.
• Select the type of Product, such Flexi Leashes.
• You will be sent directly to the Section with all the Products of that type. The Products will usually have a picture of the Product and a description, including sizes and colors choices.
• Other Products of a similar type are listed on the same page, so you can browse for the Product you desire.
• If you can not find the Product, send us an email and we will find it for you.

Purchasing

• After you have found that perfect present for you Pet, click on the Order Button.
• You will be directed to the Shopping Cart.

Shopping Cart

• The Shopping Cart displays the purchases that you have selected.
• For each product, choose the quantity you wish to purchase.
  Who wants just one mouse?
• Some products come in different colors, so choose the color from the drop-down box.
• After selecting a product to purchase, you may return to shopping by clicking the Back Button on your Browser or by clicking the Return to Shopping Button at the bottom of the page.
• To view your purchases or to complete your shopping click on one of the Checkout Buttons or the Shopping Cart Button.

Checkout

• Review your purchases, make sure the Quantity and Colors or Flavors are correct.
• Enter your Zip Code, so the correct Sales Tax for California residents may be applied to your Order. All shipments to California addresses will be charged the correct Sales Tax.
• Select the Shipping Method
  US Priority for US Post Office Priority Mail shipments to the US
     We do not ship via UPS or Federal Express, except for certain products
       that are very heavy or large. Products shipped via UPS Ground will
       include such information in the Product Information.
  Canada Airmail for Canadian shipments.
  International Airmail for Shipments to other International Locations.  International Purchasers must Read the International Shipping Terms & Conditions.
• Please check your address, we are not responsible for Shipments to an incorrect address. You will be recharged to re-ship your Order, if you provide an incorrect address.
• Recalculate your Order, by clicking on the Recalculate Button located at the bottom of the Page. This will tell you the Total Invoice Price.
• Check the box, if you wish us to ship your purchases to a different location.
• Add any other comments in the box provided.
• Select the type of Credit Card you will be using and click Finalize Order.
• Enter your Name, Address, Email and Credit Card information and send us your Order.

Order Confirmation

• We will send you an Confirmation Email after we have received your order.

Security

• We offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts the personal information you input before it is sent to us.
• Furthermore, all of the personal information we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
• Credit card numbers are only used for processing payment and are not used for other purposes.

Shipping Information

• Shipment depends on the availability of the Products.
• Most Products are available within 24 hours, so you should receive your Products within 2 to 7 days of your purchase. Orders over 10 pounds, Cages and very large products which will ship USPS or UPS Ground. Cages and very large products will indicate in the Product Information that the product will ship via Ground.
• Some Products, Special Orders & International Shipments take longer, we will take every effort to ship these to you as soon as they become available. We will notify you of any time delays.
